HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE GRENRAION DEN
Vacant roles are as follows:
- Senior Quantity Surveyor – Architectural & Structural Works (2 positions); Graduates of Civil Engineering or Civil Technician
- Senior Quantity Surveyor – MPF Works (1 position); Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Senior Quantity Surveyor – EE Works (1 position); Graduate of Electrical Engineering

- For Civil Engineers / Civil Technician, Know-how in Rebar (Net or cutting-list take off), Concrete and Formworks Measurements of various Structural Elements as well as Know-how in Architectural Works Measurement
CAPABLE TO PERFORM POST-CONTRACT WORKS
- Interim Valuation,
- Change Order Evaluation
- Contract Administration
- Final Account
capacity to conduct other quantity surveying roles and responsibilities
- Cost Studies / Cost Analysis
- Reconciliation with Contractor and the like
qs skill sets / qualifications
- BScCE, BScME, or BScEE Graduate
- Have a Minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying related experience
- Able to communicate well in English (both oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in various measurement software
- Have leadership skills in order to successfully manage/coordinate the projects
- Proactive, problem solver, and passionate at work
- Have self-discipline and a sense of responsibility
