HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE GRENRAION DEN

JOB APPLICATION PROCESS

Vacant roles are as follows:

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor – Architectural & Structural Works (2 positions); Graduates of Civil Engineering or Civil Technician 
  • Senior Quantity Surveyor – MPF Works (1 position); Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • Senior Quantity Surveyor – EE Works (1 position); Graduate of Electrical Engineering

  • For Civil Engineers / Civil Technician, Know-how in Rebar (Net or cutting-list take off), Concrete and Formworks Measurements of various Structural Elements as well as Know-how in Architectural Works Measurement

  • Interim Valuation,
  • Change Order Evaluation
  • Contract Administration
  • Final Account

capacity to conduct other quantity surveying roles and responsibilities

  • Cost Studies / Cost Analysis
  • Reconciliation with Contractor and the like

qs skill sets / qualifications

  • BScCE, BScME, or BScEE Graduate
  • Have a Minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying related experience
  • Able to communicate well in English (both oral and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in various measurement software
  • Have leadership skills in order to successfully manage/coordinate the projects
  • Proactive, problem solver, and passionate at work
  • Have self-discipline and a sense of responsibility
